Best advice is don't go! Too much kelp hardly any area to fish. The spots u could fish has massive waves. My buddie and I went last week on a exploratory trip walked from the point all the way down past the next point where the other parking lott on low tide. Then walked up the street and back to the car 3 hour walk no area to fish all kelp. Save ur energy walkin on slippery pebbles, barnacle, and kelp is no Bueno. Try abalone cove is better throw swimbaits and lc's
