Replacement Kayak Hatch cover Gaskets

Hey people, I have a sit on top tandem kayak and the gasket seals on the hatches are old and worn out. The current gaskets keep the water out, but I can't safely open and close the hatches while on the water. I have looked all over for replacements and I cant find any, and all of my "quick fix" ideas (duct tape, spline, etc.) have fallen through. So does anybody know how or where to find or make replacements???
