Last night we launched from south shores to check the local scene.

A bit windy and snotty on the way out, but once the bite started the bite never stopped.
Steady bite from 6pm-11pm. Pretty much 30 fish each.. couple spotties in the mix.

gear: left the salt setups at home and i fished my freshwater sticks!
crucial D70M, curado 100B, 15# straight braid
crucial x66m, curado 100D, 30# straight braid

sundown 6.4 on the crank and on my drop shot setup!

thanks brah. nope not a black, just your dark, pissed off riprap calico. Here is a small bsb [not mine: google's ;], notice the different fins and amount of spots on a bsb. Clearly a calico, the color of kelp fish and boiler/wall fish varys greatly. Especially with the older ones.

thanks for the report whats was the temp up/down

water temp was 63.4. fish were definitely active. flip a jig, see the line move in the phosflouresence(sp?) and fish on.
