Im going to be float tubing tomorrow and would like to know where exactly to go and what to use. Any help could would do. Is there any harbors that are close to a bait barge and is there anything i should know like rules and saftey.

Dana Point has a bait barge in the harbor that is easily reached. In fact, you will almost always catch something if you fish right next to it. The bait barge worker told me berkley gulp salt water baits work well. The only thing to watch out for is the Dolphin watching katamaran. They hate fishermen and will not hesitate to run you over.
