3 'fer Thursday Dana Harbor

Yesterday's catch:

3 Halibut all short, 12-18" size
3 checkers all decent, except for a 2.5-3 pounder, good sized for the inside the harbor
3 spotties all decent 10-16" size

90 min of fishing at 5:30pm

all on a 1/16 jig head w/3" Gulp! jerk shad

Fun fishing before dinner. Sorry, no pics, the blackberry ran out of juice.(Kinda hard to take pics when you fish alone)
Can't beat the harbor for a few hours of fun fishing.

nice day you had. what part of the harbor were you fishing? i fish all over that harbor, i live in San clemente and so i fish a few times a week there. i'll let you know when im going to be out there again. or PM me if your planning on going in the near future.

I was fishing the walk area back by the Ocean Institute.
