Unfortunately that is a private lake and you have to be a home owner to fish there. Lake Las Vegas is also a CPR lake. You cannot keep anything....

We are staying at one of the resorts on the lake, so booyah!:D

Private, so I will not need a NV license? Cool.

Any stripers in Lake Las Vegas? I have never caught one. That would be cool.

Pyronut is that a dead camel in your avatar?

No you still need a license to fish there. I am not to sure if the resorts are allowed to let there guest fish on the lake. There are no stripers in that lake. That lake has been only stocked with LMB, Bluegill and Catfish. If you want to fish for stripers take the short drive down to Mead and fish the Govt wash area the shore bit has been pretty good there.

No that is not a camel It is a cow elk I shot with my bow and arrow in Utah....

This is Lake Mead and your boat will work perfectly. All you need is a few bags of frozen anchovies some dry ice to keep them frozen and some beer to take care of the thirst while your pulling in these stripers as fast as you can throw out at times. The area where most of these pics come from are near Vegas Wash.

I will be out there on monday so I will post a report when my day is finished.....
