Arrived at Bishop with a few friends around 6am on Fri. to heavy clouds and patches of snow storms. The weather varied from rain and snow the whole time with temps in the 20s and 30s. Went to Intake 2 and a few creeks with little luck but caught a fair amount of trout. Only a few browns were caught.

Nice pics, but would you care to add what you caught them on, and what time of day?

Thanks for the report.

Unfortunately, artificials didn't work well and had to rely on salmon eggs most of the time. Seconds after the snow and rain would drop, the bite died.

On a god note, it's rare to have the privilege of fishing stocked creeks and lakes with no crowds and snowfall among the surroundings. Also the camping was a fun challenge.
