how is the fishing in mission bay right now thanks Good fishing for spotted Bay Bass fast moving tides. Fish hanging in the eel grass. Bat Rays of the rocky Jetty on way out to sea. Bait Barge has few macks esp when bait boat arrives. Small Barries occassional bone but rare. Some juv white sea bass at the Hilton and a Halibut or two tides are the key. Croakers at the Island ghost shrimp. Some sand bass most small. Lizard fish and jacksmelt at Sea World area.
