I have a goal for this weekend.

A bacon wrapped Kelbasa sausage which is then wrapped in carne asada, slathered with horse radish and served in a hollowed out french roll which has been half filled with baked beans or possibly chili.

My question: how should I encorperate the peppers?

should I mix jalapenos into the beans? Lay grilled onions and serranos over the top? How about just green serranos on the side?

Also, has anyone ever mixed horse radish with hot peppers? Is the combined heat off balance? Does one overwhelm the other?

And what room, if any, do you see in this recipie for chicken?

Am I leaving anything out?

I'm very interested in hearing your thoughts.

wow you really do dream big...

the horse radish and the peppers is a very strong combination, but different type of hot kicker. You can combine the two, but i wouldn't recommend it, unless you really do need a sinus clearer upper.

with all the different types of meats, i dont see why you dont mix the chicken with the beans or chili. you might as well.

just be sure to have a bottle of rolaids or tums handy after this big dream sandwich. let me know how it turns out. i'm curious to know how it tastes.
