try google map you might be able to spot out some docks that way. You could always gather a few fishing buddys and rent a skiff. that way you'll be able to scout for docks and land those cudas at the same time!

only one i know about is the "M" street dock. i also think theres one on balboa isl.

Just go to Mapquest.. and find out how to get to the Newport pier... once you get there keep going straight.. for about 4-5 minutes and you will see the dock on the left.. good luck... Its pretty easy to see.
