A new friend of mine was nice of enough to invite me fishing on his 25 Davis Bahia out of Channel Islands on Saturday morning. Orignally we were launching down in Del Mar tell he got a call about WSB out of Channel Islands, so the plan changed. So we launched about 4:30am... I've never fished with him and his wife, just heard stories and seen alot of pictures of huge game fish at the tackle shops and online. So i was kinda expecting to do some catching and we did. Acouple 20lbs im holding up here, plus we slayed some calicos one wolf eel and a gaint kelpfish, acouple of green lings and rock fish. What a day of fishing we filled up that boat. went home and had fish for dinner. Next week they tell me were going for cudas. OH YAH!
