I need your help with NPH launching info

My close friends and fellow fishing buddies ScaryCary and ReelinRonnie want to launch their boat out of Newport harbor this weekend. Can someone let me know where they can launch from? I was told Newport Dunes on Jamboree and PCH, but thought it would be wise to get any additional information to pass along to them.

If anyone has any bay tips they could share to help put them on some fish as this is their first time in the area, that would be great as well!

i think newport dunes is the only public launch for boats. as for tips... drag anchovies on the bottom for hali's or pitch 3" swimbaits up against all structure/docks for bass.

They will give you directions and all details of launching there.
