I see some guys with several rods on their tubes where do you buy rod holders for tubes?

You could build your own out of PVC or you can buy one of those Berkley three pole holders at BPS.

I attach mine to the D rings on the side of my tube using utility straps.

Anything you can think of. Go to REI.COM to get ideas, search straps. You can find these straps in hardware stores like Homedepot also. Buckle straps, velcro straps, etc..Simply hook strap on float tube side D-rings, then around Rod holder.
I have the Berkley 3 rod holder, $12.00, straps $3.00
Wish someone made a 3 rod holder tilted at 45 degree angle.

Do you guys use PFD's. I know its required but do you guys wear them? if so what kind?

They must be READILY ACCESSIBLE.. I have a cheapo WallyWorld (Orange $5) that I attach to side of my tube...
If I could afford the Suspender type, I might wear it??....

i made this out of pvc and stailess steel screws so it can be changed. Then attached it with utility starps from wal mart . The whole thing cost less than 20 and i made one for me and one for my friends caddis

Use a pool noodle or pipe insulation against the Berk rod holder to get a better angle..I use two on my FishCat and Caddis Navigator
