got there at 745 started throwing LC'S i missed a couple :???:i'am still new to this salt water stuff.after about 2 hours into the morning i decided to throw on a rubber shad swim bait on and bounce the bottom:)on the first cast BAM:shock: hookup after about 10-15 minutes i seen a fin and this guy shows uphttp://i284.photobucket.com/albums/ll40/crivera175/May04_0012.jpg

Those things are a trip, they eat anything cruising on the sand bottom. Pretty good fight, caught a small one once fishing from the pier.

They love cut squid ... and you can catch them really close in too

Got another Shovel Nose I see. When I saw you get that first one a couple of weeks ago, I really thought that you had Hali on. They're good for the fight, pretty stubborn fish nice job! :cool:
