I am soon going to buy a kayak and i want to know if its hard to leave from nph and paddle like near shore close between the jetty and nph? C'mon draggin a live bait and jigs it almost certain for a big butt

Not that hard at all....depending where you launch out off inside NPH...should take just a few minutes to paddle out of the harbor mouth.

I would stay inside the harbor, there are plenty of halibut inside the harbor.
