City Girl Get's 'em at Doheny

Went camping on the beach at Doheny this weekend. Big swells... our bare feet got sand-blasted.

Fishing was tough Friday and Saturday, but City Girl scored on perch and her first yellow fin croaker (no picture of the croaker.)

Loaned our lucky rod to our friend Max and he nailed his first saltwater fish ever - a nice perch.

Lots of fishermen on the shore all weekend and a bunch in yaks on Sunday. Spoke with one young man who'd landed a shark.

Had a great time as always. My girls love the ocean like their old man does.

sunburn aside, it was a great outing.

Also learned the the time it takes to drive from LA to Dana Point is exactly one Hannah Montana CD in lenth. :banana:You get the be-eeeeest of both worlds!!!
