Hit LB up today for some morning 2Bing.
It was one of those days where the animals around me were full of jokes.
First friend to show himself was a small Hali - When he came to the surface he looked at me and said "they know youre here". They do, I said? "Yes 2Bin, all the bigguns have been evacuated and sent to deeper waters outside the jetty". WHATEVER DINK HALI!

He laughed and splashed - then left.
It wasnt shortly after that I started to believe him. Dink here - Dink there - Dinks everywhere! - So Happy!
By far the smallest Hali I have ever seen. He was laughing the whole time. Even asked me to scratch his belly.......

So I reached into my bag of Tricks!

And whadda you know?

Big Bendo! - I got some great drag ripping video footage. But I didnt need the pelicans overhead laughing at me to know what it was tugging back. Like the Pelicans said "Just a BatRay - ahahahahahah"

Had a great time babysitting Big Moe's children this morning. The bite was constant. A teenager slipped by the screening and a 20" Hali was caught only to be quick released at the tube (no pics).
Met another tuber doin his fly thing and it was pretty nice to see another hardcore tuber out there. He caught a real nice spottie before he took off.
Count for the Day -
7 Halis
8 Bass (spotted & sandy)
7 Croaker (yellow, corb, spotfin)
Laugh Now - Cry Later
