thanks for the info. a few years back i had planned to fish there I made the drive to find an empty lake with backhoes in the middle of it. I'm happy to here its good to go. thanks again good luck.

There's a trench that runs right through the middle of Intake 2 all the way to the outlet from the inlet. The trench favors the opposite side of the walkway from the parking lot. About 20 feet out from the trees on that side. Get ready to fish with 200 other people, Intake 2 is a mess the first 3 weeks after the opener

If you're looking for fishing tips there's a pipe on the southern end of the lake next to the damn that holds tons of big fish. Fish mini jigs and spinners and I'm sure you'll be able to pick some up.
