2 lbs bonito fillets
oil
1 onion sliced
1 capsicum sliced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons plain flour
1/2 cups of milk
bay leaf
3/4 cup soft breadcrumbs
3 teaspoon chopped chives

Heat oil in a pan and brown fillets lightly on both sides. Put fillets into a
hot oven pan. In a pan fry onions and capsicum until onion is transparent
then place them on top of the fillets. Add some butter to the oil in the
pan and add the flour. Mix until a paste is formed. Pour in milk with water
little at a time, stirring constantly until sauce is smooth. Add salt, pepper
and bay leaf, then pour sauce over the fillets. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs
and pour some butter on top of the crumbs. Put into hot oven at 210C.
until golden brown on top. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
