Cheapest would be in your garage.
Not that hard and can be done by a novice in less than a twelve pack.

You'll need to pick up some items to do this though.

1. Marine grade carpet, your choice of color.
2. Marine grade adhesive.
3. Big Magic Marker.
4. Measuring tape.
5. Razor blades or carpet knife.
6. Digital Camera.
7. 12 pack of good beer.

Take ya less than a day to do it. Maybe 4-6 hours depending on consumption rate of beer.

Cost?

Maybe 70.00????

pm for step by step if interested.

Just go get some carpet from Home Depot. The gray color is what I used. Dont remember the exact price but it was reasonable. Re carpeting and replacing the plywood is actually a bigger job than one might think!

The carpet is just standard carpet carried at home depot.. It isnt marine grade as far a I know... I hope it last for a while!

Just thinking of that "wet carpet smell". And the wear and tear. May have to do all that work over again. Still looks good though.

Used to do Mold And Water damage years ago.....believe me if it's not Marine Grade Carpet you're going to have a serious Mold issue, if it gets wet Jonsfishing.......The carpet job you did looks really good though.

Its always better to pork up a little more money to get the better stuff then to do it the cheaper way and have problems i learned that the hard way lol.
