Took my little 12' aluminum boat to the harbor sunday. It was a gorgeous morning. We left the launch before sun up. Tied on two Lucky crafts and started the troll on the way to the bait barge. Managed 3 short barracudda on the way. One as soon as we got through the pch bridge on the way out. What great fun. Tried by the bait barge for nada. Moved out of the harbor and tried a spot a little deeper. I know because my 100ft anchor didn't hit bottom, or at least that i know. Caught alot of macks and probably 7-8 sand dabs a piece. Tried next to the pch bridge for nada as well as around balboa island for nada. Had a wonderful day on the water and was done by 3:30. Managed a few pics and a sunburnt like no tomorrow. All fish were caught and released with some being photographed. Hope you all enjoy and tight lines.
