this thing was massive, thats a 58 mm lense cap next to it, it was pretty much close to the size of a baseball.

That is a Spiny Mole Crab. They feed on other Sand Crabs...

wow oh wow... i've dug up some pretty big sandcrabs, but not that big... those things bite!!

5/0 Gorilla, 25 lb test and one spiny mole crab....for the 20 lb BSPs cruising the surf. :D
