Hey Jron Great Report As Always But What Did You Mean When You Said "lifetime License Holders Got Shafted Again"?

I believe what he means is that in the past if you purchased a lifetime license along with the additional fishing package that's all you would need for the rest of your life. Now with the report cards coming out that's an additional thing that you would have to purchase if you wanted to take any of the species that he had listed.

Hi guys,

Thanks for the hellos and thank yous ... TO ALL !!

In reply:

Gmoney: Sounds great ... I could whisper FNN in everybodys ear to see if they recognize the board name to know you're on board !!

FISH HUNTER: I think Ricky-Ray pretty much said it but .... not only are new fees being piled on to what we got for nothing before but also the enhancements we paid for are now 'unusable'. (I think to some degree to politics and mismanagement .... i.e. no control of sealions, water-rights, etc.)

Fisherman57: I'm the one that should be thanking you for the work you do .... every single day ... day in and day out !

ghetto-dad I'll bet if my buddy had confronted the offender(s) in this case, Carl would have weighed in too! This is a touchy subject ...... of all anglers ..... you know it very well ...... having decked and all. :)

My experience with boats 'anywhere' is that if a patron is not doing something dangerous or illegal (which jepordizes the boat) the deck pretty much stays out of the policing business. Cold, cold-world fact is ..... unhappy patrons mean potential loss of income. Deck is gonna lose one way or the other .... so the question is .... is the deck willing to lose whatever income from one or both of the patrons...... when the thing should have been settled between the anglers themselves !! You know I don't condone a deck just sitting back and doing nothing but ..... it's a cold world.

In one way ... if a guy (victim) doesn't man-up and say something to the offender, why should the deck feel obligated to step in? Of course, if something has been said to the wrong-doer with no effect, and the deck doesn't support the complaint, the next step is to either get yourself in trouble .... no matter how right you might be or go to the skipper.

Even then, how many times have you heard the skipper give the warning on efforts to catch bait, say no taking of bait by those who didn't when fishing, and what said has been toally ignored by the offenders.

Ricky-Ray: Pretty much !!

dxoncider: Thanks
