Huntington Harbor 4/06/08 Pics

Went and tried surf fishing for the 1st time today. It was alot of fun. I caught a BSP for the 1st time which was pretty cool i think that i was a good sixe one too. I don't have a picture of it but there is one floating around somewhere. So after surf fishing i went back home to pick up my girlfriend and the float tubes and head off to Huntington Harbor. It was my 1st time there and i love it. I tried a ghost shrimp pattern 1st and got nothing. I switched over to my old favorite clear with glitter and was pounding them out. i caught 3 sand bass, 1 spotted bass, and i believe was a sole not a halibut, 1 needle fish, and a juvenile White sea bass. It was a great day on the water. Heres some of the pictures. Had the wrong setting on the camera so some of the pictures came out straight white unviewable sorry.

That was a good outing and you hooked some nice fish. Those tubes sue look appealing.Look like they would be a whole lot of fun..
