Whats up has any fished the San Ynez river for smallies? I have caught one small one up there on a panther martin but i heard they are plentiful in spring upper river past the crowds. I talked to one guy from the Santa Barbara Fly fishing club that said he takes his tube up there and floats down in the pools and catches them on cricket lures. Just wondering if any one has been up there?
