Easy Glazed Chicken Breasts
Serving for two:
Two nice sized breasts
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of pepper
1 tablespoon basil
1 bar of butter
1 1/2 cups of soy sauce
1/2 cup of honey
Preheat oven at 425. Melt butter in a small sauce pan over low heat. Pour melted butter in a bowl. Dip breasts in melted butter. Sprinkle garlic powder over both breasts on both sides, then pepper, then basil. Place in a baking dish. Pour honey over both breasts then soy sauce. Cover with dish with foil. Lower oven heat to 325 and place baking dish in oven. Check every 15 min to flip and baste chicken. Cook for 45 min or until desired.
Its easy to cook and doesnt take a lot of time to prepare. Enjoy !!
