uh...that would be...NOW!!
Bonito are a "come and go" kinda fish. But you gotta get out to Catalina to get into them.

FJ is right, if you can get out to Santa Catalina than you should be able to hook into some bonies. Although, if you mean around the southern coast here it should be at least a month or so.
