Do they allow tubes at Dixon lake? I know perries does.... What do you guys recommend for bass fishing ?

Do a search for "tube friendly lakes"
I asked a while ago and someone (can't remember who at this momemt) gave an
incredible list of all the lakes in the area.
I was very surprised at how many lakes let you "tube".

No Dixon doesnt allow tubes or private boats of any kind.
