i dont know if i posted it in time on the old board but, just wanted to let you know about the best marenade ive come across. this is dales marenade. dont marenade more then 20 minutes(lots of sodium)i normally put in some corn in foil, baked beans in a pot and some nice ribeyes(fork the meat both sides to tenderise) and then cook to your prefrence. i think SUPER wallmart sells this. i normally get it from frys market in phoenix. you will not be disapointed
