we came, we fished, we concured. lollllllllll
ok heres my ghetto report lolllll
okays well the morning started off with me getting up at 3:30 and got to steves
pad @ 4:20 i guess. called him he came down and we were off to the landing b4
pit stop @ 7 eleven for his coffee fix lolll so we got to the landing and his buddy jeff
was there to open up the shop...we were the only ones there till everyone started
showing up lil by lil.

not sure what time we left but we did lollllll i ordered the usual breakfast burrito after
setting up the gear and just waited til it was time to get our lines wet...didnt fish to
far out. believed in the same area where GD caught his two 7lb grumps the weekend
b4. oh yea we also had our lil side like we always do, so we gave GD the funds.
bait of choice for this trip was live dead squid. so no need to stop at the bait barge.
the first fish caught was by one of the deckies a 5lb grump. after that it picked up
some...then one of deans homies picz up a nice 3-4lb grump. it wasnt wide open but
fish where caught here and there through out the day most fish were caught b4 noon
time after that kinds switched off due to our lil storm front coming in. a few cabezons,
treefish, and johnny bass where caught that where released. i cant remember but on the
2nd or third stop i picked up 2 nice grumps. one 5lbs 1oz (jackpot winning fish) and the
other around 3lbs. i caught one more bass towards the end of the day 2lbs. sculpin fishing
wasnt bad. had a good amount come in but not like i was told the week b4. overall it was
great to be out on the water and fish with the homies. i ended up winning both jackpots,
side & boat...kicked the boat pot to the crew and kept the side for lunch $$$ lolllll well

oh yea cant forget...thanks J Rico and crew for doing a great job. first time on the native
sun and wont be the last
