harbor launch ramps, easy access, for toons / yaks ?

HEY NOW, any help will be appreciated, ramps you can drive up to the water,
from Oxnard to SD, the more info the better ( price, address / directions, etc.) ?


i have never fished any harbors from a boat or my toon yet, ( other then day boat, bait barge ) i'd like to get some info now, so i'll be ready when the weather gets nice.
