Whats up everyone. No pics to post because no fish were caught. Went out to kings harbor around 6 am and cruised around for about 4 hrs. water was perfectly clear. Couple of boats out there but no luck for anyone. Prices have gone up for a single scoop of anchovies at the bait barge. Use to be $20 for a scoop, now $25, $18 for half a scoop. Didn't really want to pay as the rental skiffs using live bait did not seem to produce. Tried kast masters and krocs for bonito or mack. No luck. Tried gulp jerkshads, grubs, and shrimp for bass. No luck. Tried itos and lc for halibut. no luck. saw plenty of opaleye hugging the rocks and a couple home guard bass but no takers. Hoping it gets better....
