What's up FNN? I hit the bay with Kevthecatfishstudent and Getn2fishin. Getn2fishin wanted to try out his new ODC 1018 in the bay. So i dropped my Portabote in and Kev went with his trust float tube. Today seemed to be a slow day. I talked to several fishermen out there and most people had only 1 or 2 fish per boat. I caught my first Halibut (Kissed and thrown back) :P . And Kev hooked into a couple of Hali's as well. So I spit this little rhyme to tell my story. Kev and Getn2fishin can pile on with their own stories.
Santa Fe hit the bay,
In the Porta-bote shottie,
Naw playa-I didn't say Porta-pottie,
Throwin' Green Mike Gardner's,
Fo' them Green Bay Spotties,
Newport Bay "mos def" got the Hotties,
Threw out a couple a basstrix,
Fo' them fish with the flat bodies,
Remembering that cute girlies like things old fashioned,
That's why Old Spice brings out the passion,
So I'm wondering what would bring out the passion in a fish?
Now I'm wondering what lure would be my next dish,
So I went so old fashioned,
I was in black and white,
Big Black Jig Head, White Screw-tail clinging tight,
Jig it to the left, then I jig it to the right,
Then my pole bent so hard, I had to say "Outta sight!"
I smiled so big, like Kid "Dyno-Mite"
On my light gear it put up quite a fight,
Bring the flat bun girl in,
She had teeth that were kinda scary,
I asked her if she had a cousin named Halle Berry
She said, "No Man I'm Hali Barely!"
