regulation info needed

ive never fished the surf, and was curious if i needed a special permit or licence other than my regular licence? and also whaT would be appropriate to use for pearch? i might be hitting huntigton beach. thank you for any info available

You will need a salt water enhancement stamp on your license. You should be able to get one anywhere you found your license.

Yes, you do need an ocean enhancement stamp. Please read up on all the regs on size & limits before you head out. :D
