View Full Version : Stuffed Chicken Breast

What you'll need:

4 Large Chicken Breasts
1 Box Savory Herbs Stove Top Stuffing
1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 Bunch of Green Onions
1 Box Of Sliced Mushrooms

Cook stuffing.
Slice bottoms of green onions and some of the tops. Use however much of the mushrooms you like. Saute in olive oil and butter.
Mix the sauted ingredients in with the stuffing.

In a container, mix soup with 1/2 can of hot water.

Pound out breasts and make thin.

Put stuffing mixture on breasts and roll or fold over. Secure with tooth picks.

Place breasts in 13 X 9 pyrex baking dish and pour soup over breasts.

Bake in oven @ 350 for an hour.

Sorry I don't have exact measurements. That's the way I cook.

sounds good i made some chicken thighs with grill mates rub on monday night it was so good that grillmates rub for chicken made the skin all crispy. it was awesome.

yeah bro do it i made some rice pilaf and a salad it was bomb. Looking to make some fish tacos on either saturday or next monday for my girl it is going to be awesome as well!!!
