View Full Version : Smoked Carp on Cedar Plank

First get a nice solid peice of Cedar

1 2lb Carp Cleaned
Season with your favorite Seasonings (I like Lawrey Tederizor)
Place Carp on Board and put it in the oven for 1 and a half hours at 200 degrees.

When the fish is firm but flaky it is done. Take the Carp and toss itin the trash and eat the wood.

Sounds like a good recipe you mean toss the wood in the trash and eat the carp the bones are nice and crunchy :mrgreen:.

You're kidding right? If you wouldn't eat the carp, why would you want to eat a piece of lumber that tastes like carp?
