It's a late report but just for peeps info.... The O.C. Sherrif are being very strict around the bay and giving everyone and there mom ticketS. I first went to M-Street but there were too many boats going back and forth. So, decided to head out to Fernando for some Ray action, but at the end of the day there was two Buttz(18"). Alll in all a good day in the cold weather. Sorry no pics.
