How far is Cabo San Lucas from the San Diego boarder, also how far is La Paz? Im planning a fishing trip and im wondering if it would be worth it just to drive. I live about 2 hours from San Diego. If anyone has made the trip and can give me that information that would be cool.....

Two Hrs 15 min from LAX, at aprox 500 MPH.........
La Paz is maybe 50+ mi No of Cabo.....
About 1,000 Mi to Cabo ??? give or take... :banana:

I think it is closer to 1500 miles South.

Its about a 26 hr drive from LA I wouldnt recommend it, and its cheaper to book one of those prepackaged fishing trips with flights included, Depending on the time of year they run between $500 and $1000 for like 3-5 days. I believe La Paz is almost 2hrs from Cabo San Lucas, I know it doesnt look far on a map but the roads over there are not the same as here.

If you have the time and like adventure I would do it. I've done that trip a few times and had a great trip every time. DIRTHEAD.
