With a lot of money tourney's out there I'm looking for a crew of 2-3 guys to fish em with me.

Can you give more specifics on what your expectations are? I know there would be some dedication involved and would like to get a clear picture. For myself and anyone else who might be interested. Are you looking to fish tournies just in Ca. or take down south as well? Any cost involved or gear requirements? I'm pretty loaded on the saltwater gear but thought i would ask just to be sure. Any details you can give would be great.
