Hi Gang,

It is that time again, price this year is $969 with fishing and $709 without. I am guessing that pricing has gone up due to the new marina upgrade they are building. This price is what Blue Water Tours thinks that it will be, however it could go up or down at anytime. Deposits are again $200 per person and balance is due by the end of July. Once your deposit is in you are locked in with this price, however if prices do go down you still qualify. But if prices go up you are still locked in at the $969 number. This year I am going to limit it to 50 only so it will be on a first come first served basis. You snooze, you WILL lose. This pricing is for our group only due to the amount of people going so don't wait till the list gets to forty something before you send me the deposit. Also if you want to stay an extra day please add $109.

Date this year is going to be Oct 2nd thru the 5th. If you are interested in staying one extra day to wind down, please let me know. I will get pricing for that.

Day one, we all met up at the lobby to catch a cab to the La Playita where the pangas were waiting for us. Ordered up 100 box lunches and off we went. Had Letty and Ricardo with me.

First got to Iman Banks and Letty's rod gets zipped and a second later Ricardo's. DOUBLE HOOK UP! Both were looking at me like why is this so easy? I saw the dodo jump and it wasn't that small. Turns out the dod was greedy and they both hooked up on the same fish!

Then Letty goes bendo and it goes straight down with a little bit of head shake. Pangadero says Skipjack. We all thought boo! Half hour into it Letty says "Does a skipjack pull like this? This one is strong!" So we thought "Yeah yeah, that's cuz yer a gurl!" She finally gets it to the surface after 45 minutes and our Pangadero yells "Baby Wahoo! Baby Wahoo!" You decide if it is a baby...

You do not need to go with a parter. There will be many singles on this trip and are usually paired up with another single. However, boats are in paired in two so if there is a single then there will be a boat with a triple. We usually do not know that until it gets closer.

There is no flight info yet as it is still too early and deposits are not yet sent in. The people on the list are the people who have sent me their deposits but I have not yet sent them in as I am waiting til the end of the month. Howeve, I can tell you this, we will be flying out of LAX on Alaska Airlines, time of departure will be about 11am as that is the time I select every year. That could change depending on how many people sign up and if seating are still avail.

Hotel will be the El Presidente Intercontinental out of San Jose Del Cabo which is only a 20 minute cab ride into Los Cabos.

Fishing will be two days on 22 foot center console super pangas. There are also 26 footers avail but at a premium. They will then fillet your catch and the hotel will freeze it for you. After I have everyone's travel packets I will hold an orierntation and will go over what to expect like gear, money etc...

This means we leave on Sunday for La Paz, fish Monday and Tuesday and return home on Wednesday. If anyone here should want to join some of us do this please let me know ahead of time.

Price is an add of $447 with fishing or $186 without. Price is cheap because we do not have to pay extra for airfare. Our flight tix will be flying in to Los Cabos and leaving out of La Paz. All we are paying for is the hotel and fishing. Please also keep in mind that the hotel in La Paz is not all inclusive. The hotel will be La Concha. If you have not fished Las Serenas, you have not fished. The only reason I do not book La Paz is because 1) it is not all inclusive and 2) not much to do since it is only a fishing town.
