Have a question about this float tube

Is this a good float tube, cause im thinking of buying one this year and since i worked a lot last year i should get like 400 dollars back from my taxes :banana:

I used one before and didn't like it. From reading here, I believe the consensus would be that the Fishcat 4 is probably the best. It'll run you about $20+ more than that TU.

i agree...spend the little extra and get the FC4. I have one and love it. Keeps you high and has lots of room.

I too have a Fish Cat 4 and love it. It has proven to be a worthy bass hunting machine.

Fish cat 4 is the one to get. Don't waste your money on a cheap one. It will just make you hungry for a better one.

you might be able to find last year's model at sports chalet for 140-150.

Hey there, The fish cat looks great, but I went with the ODC 420 by Creek company. There is a little more room between the storage compartments and the front of the pontoons to put your rod holders or fish finder. Either ones a great choice. Good luck, and let me know when your ready to go out.

i had a kennecbec and it was awesome, lots of storage and room. only problem was it didnt really sit high enough out the water it still worked great. i like how the fc4 has that foam seat that keeps you high.

Yeah, the FC4 is the one I went with after lots of research. I love it.
California law states that you have to have a life vest within reach. I keep mine in the area behind the seat. You also need a whistle.
On the waders, go with breathable if you can. Well worth the extra $$$.
