*Tilapia Fillets (how many will feed your crew)
*Cover skillet with E.V.O.O (extra virgin olive oil)
*Add Chardonnay Wine, Diced Onions, Garlic Cloves to skillet
*Add Tilapia Fillets
*Cover with Lawrys Perfect Blend Fish and Seafood Rub
*Cook Fish Until done
*Take Fillets out and cover with a bit of the juice from pan and the garlic and onions
YUMMERS!!! :)

Great Tilapia recipe. Just don't use Tilapias from Lake Balboa! :wink: :mrgreen:

make sure you all use the same wine you would want to drink cuz cooking wine is nasty crap! and burn off all the alcohol.
