Does anyone know what the prices of salt/freshwater annual licence's are this year?

Also I heard through a fishing buddie that 2 stroke motors are outlawed this year...Is this true?

i really doubt it. From what I have been hearing over the years, you can no longer buy a 2 stroke, but if you already have one then it is fine... Or atleast thats what im gonna keep saying until im paying for a hefty ticket...
