I took the kayak out this morning. launched @ the end of ocean blvd by 72nd st. I fished for about 2 1/2 hrs . Slow day,I caught 1 19" halibut by the marina sportfishing dock and a 13" sand bass by the entrance to the sailing club. All fish caught on a single tail grub. All fish released. It was a nice day till the wind kicked up. Lots of boat traffic :cry: its starting to look like summer. Going to hit Newport tonight or tomorrow for some spottys.
