Hey just a quick report cause im wiped out... but went out today and started the day kinda choppy out on the ocean blue, but calmed down in the afternoon. Alot of nice sheephead came up and of course some whitefish. At the end we hit a good spot with some starry and tons of treefish..aka...convict bass<----lol.... anyways i will post pics tommarow.. my final count was 4 treefish 1 starry 2 sandbass 6 rockfish 1 redsnappa 3 perch and 5 whitefish.. so nice mixed bag for what turned out to be a great day..

Great! Glad to hear that you got out while I worked. By the way, a better name for Treefish is LIPSTICK BASS! They have pink lips!

wow good day. I admit I don't know alot about fishing regulations but i thought your only allowed to possess a 20 mixed fish bag limit and only 10 mixed rock fish but i'm not sure. lots of tasty tacos
yes its 10 mixed bag of rockfish and 10 bass

ya, ya know that is true. although they (the deckhands) didnt say anything about the fish i had. opss. good thing the dfg didnt get me. but then what is considered a rockfish?

if im not mistaken (when i was in the business full time, I would have NO problem answering this). but if im not mistaken, i believe that there IS a limit on perch now, 10 I believe, which WOULD count towards your 20 fish limit.....i believe any fish that HAS a limit on it counts towards your 20 fish......

No one has answered so I'll bite. The Victory fare is $50 bucks for the 3/4-day trip Winter, Summer, Spring, and Fall. Occasional discount coupons in publications as well as special promotions. Senior and junior fare on the week-days is $40. No website discount like LBSF and or other landings that offer discounts of various types.
