Fished the incoming tide today from 12:30 to 3:00. Nice weather, calm and not too cold. Fishing was a little slow but I did hook some nice fish to break in the rod I just bought. First I got a Bat ray on a Gulp Sand worm, I battled it for about 15 mins got a look at it and then broke it off, it was about 25-30 lbs. Then I used a Lime Tiger 2" Shrimp for a fat SFC. Then ended the day with a legal Hali that was just over 22" I used a Mackeral Jerk Shad on him. The Hali was released. Not one Bass, kinda weird.
